Sentence

1. On count 1, appellant to pay a fine of Kshs. 200,000/= in default one year imprisonment.

2. In counts 2 and 3 Appellant to serve a concurrent sentence of two years less 2 months which sentence will run from the date of conviction.

3. In total appellant will serve three (3) years imprisonment less two (2) months.
