RULING

1. The last time this Cause was placed before Court was on 28 July 2015 when none of the parties attended Court. The Cause was stood over generally with an order for the Claimant to pay Court adjournment fees.

2. The fees have not been paid.

3. On 8 March 2017, the Deputy Registrar issued a notice scheduling the hearing for 3 April 2017. The Claimant did not appear and the Respondents advocate applied to have the Cause dismissed.

4. It is apparent the Claimant has no interest in progressing the Cause to hearing and determination.

5. The Court therefore orders that the Cause dismissed with no order as to costs.
