1. The matter for determination is Auctioneers Bill of Costs dated 24/5/2023. We note that by dint of section 76 CooperativeSocieties Act, we have no jurisdiction to tax the Auctioneers Bill of Costs. The same should be included within the Party to Party Bill of Costs placed before another forum of determination.

2. We therefore dismiss the Auctioneers Bill of Costs dated 24/5/2023 for want of jurisdiction.
