Judgment

1. This matter was coming up for delivery of judgment today. However, as I was writing this judgment, I noted that the record of appeal was incomplete as the appellant failed to annex the proceedings of the Sports Dispute Tribunal; a very crucial part of the record. Consequently, I was unable to prepare the said judgment. In the circumstances, I direct parties to appear before the Deputy Registrar at the earliest mutually convenient date to take further directions on which Court in Nairobi will handle this matter.
