1. Having considered the various requests and positions expressed by the parties on 5th November 2024, the court direct that;A.Leave be and is hereby granted to the 2nd Plaintiff, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission EACC) to serve LIMA Ltd, and LZ Engineering Construction Ltd, the 3rd and 4th Defendants in the consolidated suit, respectively, with summons to enter appearance by way of substituted service by a prominent advertisement in a daily newspaper of nationwide circulation, in the next 14 days from the date of these directions.B.The advertisement should include the Land Reference number of the property(s) the subject matter of this suit.

2. The Defendants are granted 45 days to file and serve their pleadings or amended pleadings including their lists and bundles of documents and the witness statements that they wish to rely on in their cases in compliance with the provisions of Order 11 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

3. Directions on the hearing of the main suit shall be given on the next mention date upon confirmation of compliance with the above directions.It is so ordered.
