1. The Court has before it the computation of amounts which are the sum duly paid per order of court is Kshs. 373,662/- which is to be deducted from the Kshs. 711,440/- I ordered on 24th July 2024 leaving a balance of Kshs. 337,778/- as at 24th July 2024. The Respondent is to settle this amount together with the Court collection charges of Kshs. 3,500/-within the next 14 days of today failing which the Claimants are at liberty to commence execution of the court decree without further recourse to the Court. No need to reinstate the application.It is so ordered.
