R U L I N G

The Application dated 19th November 2014 by the Applicant is seeking for the following orders:

(a)       Judgment be entered herein pursuant to Section 51(2) of the Advocates Act Chapter 16 Laws of Kenya in favour of the Applicant and as against the Respondent for the sum taxed of Kshs.2,271,387. 95/- as indicated in the certificate of taxation issued by the taxing officer of this Honourable Court on the 12th Day of November 2014.

(b)       The Applicant be at liberty to execute against the Respondent upon the said certificate of costs without further or other proceedings.

(c)       Costs of this Application be provided for.

2. The Certificate of Taxation dated 12th November 2014 showing that the amount taxed by the taxing officer was Kshs.2, 271,387. 95 has been annexed on the Application.

3. The Respondents have not filed a response to the said Application.

4. In view of the annexed Certificate of Taxation, I allow the Application in terms of prayer number 1.

5. Each party shall bear his/its own costs.
