Ruling

1. Upon perusal of the ruling delivered on 14/4/2023, it is noted that there is an error apparent on the face of the record in paragraph 16 of the ruling.

2. The said error is accordingly corrected pursuant to Section 99 of theCivil Procedure Rules which enables a court by its own motion or upon application by a party to correct such errors at any time.

3. Paragraph 16 of the ruling is accordingly corrected to read as follows;"16. I grant the applicant stay of execution on condition that half the decretal sum ordered on December 10, 2022 is deposited within 30 days of this date."

4. The words “Leave to appeal” are substituted “with stay of execution” in the ruling dated 14/4/2023.

5. The amendment is effected on 15/5/2023. Orders to issue accordingly.
