1.  The convict KEVIN OTIENO ODHIAMBO was convicted on his own plea of guilty of the offence of failing to register as a Kenyan citizen contrary to section 14(a) of the Registration of Persons Act Cap 107 Laws of Kenya. The plea was unequivocal.

2.  The sentence imposed is lawful and lenient.

5.  Orders accordingly.
