Ruling

1. The applicant seeks in his application dated 19the Jnauary, 2024 and filed in court on 14/6/2024 that he was convicted of the offence of attempted defilement and was sentenced to serve ten years in prison on 21/11/2023.

2. he now seeks for review of that sentence because he is undergoing reformation and rehabilitation.

3. I have considered the application and I find no substance in it. Not even court proceedings and judgment were annexed although that would not have made any difference where lawful sentence was imposed.

4. I find the application dated 19/1/2024 is not supported by any material. It is hereby dismissed for want of merit.
