This ruling is in respect of the application dated 16/1/2023 seeking the following orders:a.…Spentb.That the Honourable court be pleased to order interim orders of stay of execution of the judgment and decree issued on June 21, 2022 in Nakuru HC ELC No. 29 of 2017 and all consequential orders therein pending the hearing and determination of the application dated July 18, 2022 fixed for hearing on the February 23, 2023. c.That costs of this application be provided for.

2. This court has noted that the application dated July 18, 2022 which was the subject of the present application has already been determined and that the ruling was delivered today. Consequently, the instant application is hereby overtaken by events.
