1. I have considered the application dated 28/1/2025 under certificate of urgency. I observe that the matter has a hearing date which is 4/3/2025. I find no urgency involved. I decline to certify it as urgent.

2. I however I direct the exparte Applicant’s Counsel to appear in court virtually on 4/2/2025 for directions on the said application.
