1. The application herein seeks reinstatement. As a Court cannot reinstate a party as sought by the Claimant. I shall dismiss the Motion but direct the Claimant to immediately fix the case for hearing before the Deputy Registrar of this Court on 5th May, 2022.

2. The Respondent having failed to file a Response, the cause may proceed as an undefended cause.
