1. The last time this matter was before Hon. J. R. Karanja J was on 10th December 2009 which is over 10 years ago. The matter relates to Client Advocate Bill of Costs and there was execution process which was stopped via Objection proceedings.

2. Thence, no action has been taken since the matter was stood over generally.

3. I hereby close the file as 12 years have since lapsed hence no action can be taken in the future owing to the law of limitation of actions.

4. The matter is dismissed for want of prosecution.
