1. The Applicant/Convict Wilson Kipsang Koskei seeks for consideration of three (3) months spent in custody before his sentence of ten (10) years imprisonment in Tamu Principal Magistrate Criminal Case No 204 of 2016 for the offence of stock theft.

2. He has not filed any proceedings for this court to confirm if he was not on bond during trial.

3. This application is not supported. It is hereby dismissed.

4. The application can file another application afresh, accompanied by proceedings and charge sheet for consideration.
