IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF GHANA HELD IN ACCRA ON FRIDAY, 16TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2022, BEFORE HIS HONOUR KWABENA KODUA OBIRI-YEBOAH, CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE SUIT NO: C5/04/2023 ABENA NYARKO ASOMANING PETITIONER VS KWADWO ODAME ANTWI ===================================================================== J U D G E M E N T RESPONDENT ====================================================================== The Petitioner on the 2nd day of August, 2022 issued from the Registry of the court against the Respondent’s petition seeking the dissolution of the marriage, custody of the three children and monthly maintenance. The Respondent on service, filed appearance and an answer together with a cross petition. The case was later set down and parties were ordered to file their respective witness statements. Today the court has had the opportunity to hear the Petitioner and counsel for parties with respect to terms of settlement which have been filed. After hearing the Petitioner, the court come to the conclusion that the marriage between the parties has broken down beyond reconciliation. Therefore the marriage which was contracted by the parties at the International Conference Center under the marriage ordinance cap 127 is hereby dissolved.
