The Petitioner is asking for divorce on the grounds of desertion. She gave evidence that she and the Respondent got married in 1983 in the Catholic Church at Uthiru. The husband has however deserted her since 1988 and is not supporting since then. He is living with another woman and according to her the marriage is irretrievably broken. On this evidence, I find that the husband has committed the offences of desertion and adultery and the Petitioner is entitled to divorce. The marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent is hereby dissolved. Dated and delivered at Nairobi this 27th day of October, 2000. KASANGA MULWA JUDGE
