Ruling

1. I have taken cognizance of the avalanche of litigation relating to the suit properties namely NAIROBI 219/48-53 whose titles were apparently revoked.

2. From the files which I have so far managed to peruse, I discern that case No. E139/2023 is the oldest, having been filed on 31. 10. 2023 before Judge Wabwoto then re-allocated the Judge Mwangi.

3. The case E156/2023 was filed vide an Originating Summon dated 8. 11. 2023 before Judge Mogeni, but the suit was struck out vide a ruling delivered on 23. 4.2024.

4. A Judicial Review Suit No. E1/2024 was filed on 16. 2.2024 before this court (Judge Mbugua) and is scheduled for hearing on 25. 6.2024.

5. I have also perused file No. E010/2024 (OS) which was scheduled before Judge Ogutu today (16. 5.2024).

6. For purposes of having harmonious proceedings and in order to ensure that no conflicting decisions are given, and noting that case No. E139/2023 appears to be the oldest, I give directions as follows:1. All the pending matters relating to the suit parcels shall now be heard by one judge, that is Judge D. Mwangi.2. Mention on 18. 6.2024 before Judge Mwangi
