JUDGEMENT

I have considered the plea of reduction of sentence by the appellant.  In view of the fact that the appellant admits that he stole his father’s cow and sold it and further in view of the fact that he appears remorseful, I hereby commute the sentence of the appellant to the period already served.  The appellant is hereby ordered released from prison forthwith unless otherwise lawfully held.
