I have had a careful look at the affidavit of service sworn by one Maurice O. Abuoro and filed in court on 29th July 2009.  However I note that the same is not dated.  As such it is not acceptable.  I direct that the Plaintiff/Applicant take fresh dates for hearing of this application in the Registry and again serve the Defendant/Respondent with hearing notice.
