ORDER the words and figures of Thirty Three Thousand The Court orders that Twenty Five (SCR 33,625.00) be deleted in paragraph 4 of the Court's Ruling of the 9th of June 2020 and that Rupees and Fifty cents the words and figures of Thirty Two Thousand (SCR 32,812.50) be inserted instead. and Eight Hundred and Twelve and Six Hundred and RULING GOVINDEN J An accidental slip has occurred in the Court's Ruling delivered on the 9th of June 2020 in this matter. The words and figures of Thirty Three Thousand 33,625.00) should have read as the words and figures of Thirty Two Thousand Hundred and Twelve Rupees and Twenty Five Rupees and Eight and Fifty cents ( SCR 32,812.50). and Six Hundred (SCR A legal remedy is available under section 147 in the Seychelles Code of Civil Procedure for the correction of clerical mistakes or errors arising from accidental slips or omissions by the COUlt at any time. I apply this remedy to this slip and I order that that Hundred and Twenty Five SCR 33,625.00 Rupees be deleted in paragraph 4 of the said Ruling the words and figures of Thirty Three Thousand and Six the words and figures of Thirty Two Thousand and Eight hundred and Twelve Rupees and that and Fifty cents (SCR 32,812.50) be inserted in lieu.
