RULING

The main suit is part-heard, the substantial part of it having been heard by Rawal J.

I had directed on 15th May 2014 that the proceedings between 28th October 2009 and 22nd November 2012 be typed. I note that this has not been done todate. I had also directed that the matter do proceed from where Rawal J had left off.

I reiterate the directions made on 15th May 2014.

The matter shall be given dates for hearing on a mention date to be fixed at the giving of these directions.

The Deputy Registrar shall in the meantime cause the typing of the proceedings referred to in paragraph 2 above.
