RULING

1. The advocates client Bill of Costs herein was taxed at Kshs.235,495/=.  An application to set aside certain items of the taxed bill was dismissed by the court in a ruling delivered on 10th February 2017.

2. The applicant seeks judgment be entered for costs in the sum of Kshs.235,495/= as certified by the taxing office on 14th February 2013.

3. No replying affidavit was filed in opposition to the application.

4. Considering all the circumstances of the matter, the application is granted and judgment entered in favour of the applicant in the sum of Kshs.235,495/=.
