The Petition in this case was filed on 2. 2.2004. The Respondent filed her reply and cross-petition on the 20th February 2004. The petition is therefore not ready for hearing. The Respondent herself states that she is not ready for hearing of the petition as some of her documents are in Switzerland. She has stated that she is going to Switzerland on 22nd March 2004 and will return in November 2004. This application has therefore no merit at all and I dismiss it with costs. Applicant should have the petition fixed for hearing in November 2004.
