1. I have considered the application. This is a plea for resentence. This Court has no jurisdiction as the matter arises out of a High Court conviction for murder. The matter is pending before the Court of Appeal which is the one to determine the legality or otherwise of the sentence meted by the High Court in HCCR Case No. 20 of 2014 as indicated by the applicant in his Motion.

2. The Motion is hereby dismissed and file closed.

3. Applicant be served.

It is so ordered.
