1. I have considered the Application dated 25th November, 2024, the Supporting Affidavit and the annexures thereto.

2. The inquest in Makadara C.M. Court Inquest No.26 of 2018 relates to the deceased as well. The application is merited as the Applicant has indicated that they have taken all steps as is evident from the annexures to inquire into the whereabouts of the said Edward Maina Kanyonyo.

3. He is presumed dead and the Registrar of Births and Deaths is hereby directed to issue a Death Certificate for Edward Maina KanyonyoIt is so ordered.
