Ruling

1. I have gone through the application and found that the same is not merited. The bond of Ksh. 500,000/= is reasonable in my view since the amount obtained is Ksh.1. 9 million. The bond/bail guidelines are clear as to how the court should grant bond terms and in my view the magistrate exercised her discretion judiciously and not whimsically.

2. The application is dismissed. Counsel to seek a review before the same court.
