Ruling
1. The applicant filed chamber summon for leave to apply for Judicial Review orders of prohibition and mandamus on 10/7/2024. Leave was granted to apply within 7 days of 10/7/2024. No substantive application for the Judicial Review orders was filed and served as directed by the court on 10/7/2024.
2. Accordingly, the leave granted lapsed. Consequently, there are no proceedings pending before this court for consideration since the notice of motion dated 10/7/2024 which is on the court record was filed simultaneous with the chamber summons for leave dated 10/7/2024 and was never paid for.
3. In the end, this file is closed. This Ruling to be typed and uploaded.
