Lucas for the Applicants COURT ORDER On the 30th day of October, 2006 this Court on an application for the rectification of a birth certificate in terms of Section 100 of the Civil Status Act Cap 34 directed the Chief Civil Status Officer to amend the birth certificates of the applicants. Subsequent to this order being made the applicants complained that through oversight their surnames were still incorrectly entered on their birth certificates. I accordingly direct the Chief Civil Status Officer to rectify the birth certificates of Marc Joseph Ludovic Hoareau, Xavier Marc Alex Hoareau, Andrew Dennis Hoareau and Claire Julita Hoareau in the following manner so that their surname is correctly entered as HOUAREAU.
