Each applicant was there and then suspended from work and prevented from accessing the }{\insrsid84844\charrsid4094569 place}{\insrsid864930\charrsid4094569 of work. Each was required to respond to the allegations within 24 hours as }{\insrsid1933209\charrsid4094569 from the }{\insrsid864930\charrsid4094569 16.07.2008 and each was to ordered to appear for a hearing on 18.07.2008 at Acholi Inn. \par \tab \tab The applicants contend that they could not effectively respond to the allegations without accessing the }{\insrsid84844\charrsid4094569 relevant}{\insrsid864930\charrsid4094569 records at }{\insrsid84844\charrsid4094569 their}{ \insrsid864930\charrsid4094569 }{\insrsid84844\charrsid4094569 respective places o f work. Further, on 18.07.2008 when they reported for a hearing no one for respondent was there to hear their cases.
