RULING

1. This application is dated 6th April, 2016 and seeks orders:

1. That Alexander Njue Marete alias Nyaga Njue Marete be substituted as the legal representative of the estate of Agnes Mwimbi (deceased) as the 2nd plaintiff for the purposes of the case.

2. That the honourable court do issue any other prayer it deems fit in the circumstances for the ends of justice to be met.

3. That the cost be provided for.

2. It is unopposed.

3. As it merely seeks to facilitate expeditious hearing of this suit, it is allowed.
