1. In the Notice of Motion application for sentence reduction dated and filed on June 6, 2023, the Applicant herein James Oyugi Maungu does not disclose what offence he was charged with and what sentence was imposed on him vide Maseno SPM Criminal Case No 645 of 2014, for this court to consider and neither has he attempted to explain whether he appealed or not and why he has not annexed court proceedings and Judgment in the 2014 case which is a very old matter.

2. I find this application for sentence reduction devoid of any material in support. It is hereby dismissed.
