RULING

1. The Applicant is absent.  The conviction and sentence was meted out in May 2016 and in my view, albeit the sentences were to run consecutively, the convict must have completed his said sentences, by now as it is over 2years since he was sentenced.

2. The Application for Revision of Sentence was made on 6/5/2016 and no follow up was made.

3. The same is dismissed and file herein is closed.
