In view of the fact that the parties served have not filed any response, I do grant and do hereby issue an order of status quo to pressure the suit property as it is and ensure that the property is not alienated in any way meaning, no sell, transfer, charging, constructing on it or dealing in it in any way as to discharge any party until the suit is heard and determined.

2. Mention for further direction on disposal of the suit shall be on 4/11/2024. The plaintiff to serve all parties absent.
