Having carefully considered what was brought to my attention during the hearing of the Chamber Summons dated 5th February 2009 and bearing in mind that under Order II of the Advocates (Remuneration) Order proceedings to be filed are intended to be handled by a judge and not by a taxing officer, the said Chamber Summons be and is hereby granted both under Order II(1) leave to give notice within 14 days from the date of this ruling and thereafter and in accordance with leave granted under Order 11(4)file the relevant application under Order 11(2) of the Advocates (Remuneration) order.

Costs of this Chamber Summons be in the cause.
