1. This ruling relates to the averments set forth by Mr. Opole for defendant on 31. 10. 2023 where they indicated that they have a trial bundle dated 18. 8.2023. They want the court to consider the documents in the said Trial Bundle. However the court has already pronounced itself on the issue of filing and serving of documents. To this end, the court was not moved to vary the directions given on 20. 6.2023 and on 28. 9.2023. In that regard, the court will not belabour the issue any more, save to state that the previous directions given by the court on 20. 6.2023 and 28. 9.2023 shall apply.
