1. The certificate of costs issued on 18/12/2017 having become final, the application for judgment on it having been served but no opposition having been filed and there being no dispute as to retainer I do enter judgment for the Applicant/Advocate in the sum of Kshs.63,822. 00 together with interest thereon at 14% from the 20/9/2017 till payment in full.

2. I award to the Advocate/Applicant the costs of these proceedings capped at Kshs.12,000/= all inclusive.
