1. There is no opposition to the Application dated 12/2/2018 which wasduly served.  I consider that there is no dispute as to retainer and the certificate of costs to have become final.

2. I therefore enter judgment for the Advocate/Applicant in the sum ofKshs.93,124/= together with interest thereon at 14% from 18. 9.2017 till payment in full.

3. Costs of the proceedings assessed at Kshs.12,000/= is awarded to theAdvocate/Applicant.
