RULING

Although the file was for mention, it is clear that there is no objection by both parties that Makadara Cr. Case No. 1977 of 2018 – Republic V Merrily Daniel Ole Kanjori should be transferred to Loitoktok Law Courts.  This will ease the Applicant’s movements as there are other criminal cases in the court.

I accordingly order for the transfer of the aforestated file. The order shall be served upon the trial court for reference.

Mention on 15/10/2019 before the magistrate in charge, Loitoktok Law Courts for purposes of giving directions on the hearing.  Production order to issue.
