1. The matter is for mention for parties to confirm compliance of pending directions herein. The Client/Applicants’ counsel is present. However, neither the Advocates/Respondent and or their counsel are in attendance.

2. Be that as it may, the directions that will issue today will not prejudice the Advocate/Respondent. Therefore the following directions issue:-a.The Advocate/Respondent is granted seven (7) days leave to file a Supplementary Affidavit, if need be, in response to the Valuation Report and further Affidavit dated 17th January, 2025. b.Upon being served with the Supplementary Affidavit, the Client/Applicant to file and serve supplementary submissions within seven (7) days of service.c.The Respondent is equally granted leave to file and serve supplementary submissions within seven(7) days of being served with the Applicant’s submissions.d.Mention on 24th March, 2025 for parties to confirm compliance and take further directions.e.Directions and Notice to be served upon the Advocate/Respondent and his counsel, Mr. Ochieng Oduol.It is so ordered.
