1. The matter is for mention for parties to confirm compliance of directions issued on 25th February, 2025. Upon listening to counsel for the clients, it is confirmed that the directions are yet to be complied with and the Respondent/Advocate is not in attendance.
2. In the circumstances, the directions and timelines issued on 25th February, 2025 are hereby extended. For avoidance of doubt:-a.The Advocate/Respondent is granted further leave of seven (7) days to file and serve a Supplementary Affidavit, if need be, in response to the Valuation Report and further Affidavit dated 17th January, 2025. b.Upon being served with the Supplementary Affidavit by the Advocate/Respondent, the Client/Applicant to file and serve further submissions within seven (7) days of being served.c.The Respondent is equally granted leave to file and serve supplementary submissions within seven(7) days of being served with the Applicant’s submissions.d.Mention on 6th March, 2025 for parties to confirm compliance and take directions on ruling date.e.Directions and Notice to be served upon the Advocate/Respondent and or counsel.
