1. The applicant seeks that remand period be factored into his sentence of 35 years passed in Constitutional Petition No 105 of 2018. The applicant has not availed certified copies of the proceedings on HC CR Case No 40 of 1994 for this court to confirm that he was in remand custody and for what period.

2. In the circumstances no order can be made as prayed. The application dismissed.
