1. The applicants are facing charges before the Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Court. They have now filed the present application seeking anticipatory bail vide a notice of motion dated 11th October 2024.

2. I have considered the application, the affidavit in support and the applicable law. I note that the matter emanates from Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Court and is not within this court’s territorial jurisdiction. As such, the application dated 11th October 2024 is struck out for lack of jurisdiction.
