RULING/ORDERS

In view of complications brought about by the exigencies of the Corona Virus Crisis, we have handled the practicalities of having this suit highlighted on 18th, 19th and 20th of May, 2020. We have unanimously agreed to postpone the highlighting of issues in this suit to 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th of October, 2020 subject to the Corona Virus situation having stabilized and court operations having been normalized. It is ordered as follows:

(1) The Chuka DR, who is the Presiding DR in this case, to issue apposite notices to the parties.

(2) Subject to court activities having normalized, highlighting of issues to be conducted on 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th of October, 2020.
