SENTENCE

1. The petitioner has been in custody for now 13 years.

2. I have considered the nature of the offence. He only robbed kshs. 18, 500/=. The victim was injured.

3. Considering the period, he has served, I resentence the petitioner to the term he has already served. He is to be set at liberty unless otherwise lawfully held.
