We come under Order 10 R1 of CI 47. We move in terms of the Motion and supporting Affidavit. (He submits). By Court – Final Judgment The Defendant has due notice of the suit and the instant Application (see Affidavit of service of the writ of summons and statement of claim as well as the Motion for Judgment on the court docket). Per Order 10 R1 of CI 47 as amended, Final Judgment is hereby entered in favour of the Plaintiff for the relieves endorsed on the writ of summons. The following orders are made accordingly: 1. The defendant is ordered to pay to the plaintiff GH₵80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand Ghana Cedis) 2. The Defendant is ordered to pay to the Plaintiff interest on the above GH₵80,000.00 at the prevailing Bank of Ghana rates from February 2021 until the date of this Final Judgment (11/10/2023).
