Per Order 10 R1 of CI 47 as amended, Final Judgment is hereby entered in favour of the Plaintiff for the relieves endorsed on the writ of summons. The following orders are made accordingly: 1. The defendant is ordered to pay to the plaintiff GH₵80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand Ghana Cedis) 2. The Defendant is ordered to pay to the Plaintiff interest on the above GH₵80,000.00 at the prevailing Bank of Ghana rates from February 2021 until the date of this Final Judgment (11/10/2023).
