1. I have gone through the file and noted that the applicants were jointly charged and convicted on their own plea of guilty for the offense of being drunk and disorderly contrary to section 33(2) of the Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, 2010.

2. The applicants were sentenced to pay a fine of Kshs 300/= and in default to serve 14 days imprisonment, with effect from 14/03/2024.

3. The applicants must have served their sentence to completion by now.

4. File closed.Orders accordingly.
