Ruling

1. The applicant was charged, convicted, and sentenced in multiple criminal cases across different jurisdictions within the country. In his current application, he identifies six separate cases in which he is serving custodial sentences for various offences committed. He now seeks an order for the consolidation of those sentences so that they may run concurrently.

2. Upon review of the application, the supporting affidavit, and the applicable legal framework, it is evident that this court lacks the jurisdiction to grant the orders sought. The power to consolidate or alter sentences imposed by different courts sitting in distinct jurisdictions is not vested in this court.

3. Furthermore, the applicant has not demonstrated any legal basis upon which the consolidation of sentences from separate courts may be lawfully undertaken.

4. In the circumstances, the application is found to be without merit and is hereby dismissed in its entirety.
