Ruling

1. The matter was Advocate Bill of Cost dated 14th February 2000. The costs were never taxed and the last time it was in court is on 8th March 2000, over 24 years ago. The file was discovered lying dormant in the registry during our case audit.

2. The Insurance company, United Insurance Company Limited also collapsed. The advocate must have lost interest.

3. In the premises for want of prosecution and laches, the application dated 14th February 2000 is dismissed and the file is closed for archiving.
