RULING

I have considered this originating summons dated 14th February, 2013. The same was served on the Wakf Commissioners but they have not filed any response. Thus the same is unopposed. I have considered the oral submissions made by Mr. Mulwa for the Applicants. I am persuaded by their merit. I therefore do allow prayers (1), (2) and (3) of the summons.

I make no orders on costs.
